Zanbeel
Ultimate banking solution app
Overview
Project Background
Zanbeel is an innovative online banking app developed for a financial company in Pakistan. The app aims to simplify financial transactions for users by allowing them to send money domestically and internationally, pay utility bills, and track transaction histories with ease. In a market where digital payment adoption is growing, Zanbeel positions itself as a one-stop solution for personal and business banking needs.

Problem Statement
In Pakistan, users face significant challenges when managing financial transactions. Sending money domestically and internationally often involves long queues, high fees, and cumbersome processes. Similarly, paying utility bills requires physical visits to banks or payment centers, which is inconvenient. The lack of a unified platform to handle these tasks leads to inefficiencies and frustration. Additionally, many existing banking apps lack user-friendly interfaces, making them inaccessible for people unfamiliar with digital tools.
Proposed Solution
- Unified Platform: Provide a seamless platform for money transfers, bill payments, and transaction history tracking.
- User-Friendly Design: Ensure a minimalistic and intuitive interface to make digital banking accessible to all age groups.
- Multiple Payment Integrations: Integrate with leading services like Taptap Send, Remitly, PayPal, and MoneyGram to facilitate cross-border transactions.
- Bill Payment Simplification: Enable easy utility bill payments with automated reminders and quick-pay options.
- Enhanced Security: Incorporate robust security features, such as two-factor authentication, biometric login, and end-to-end encryption.
User Research Discovery
- Methods: Conducted surveys, interviews, and usability tests with 30 users from diverse backgrounds, including students, professionals, and small business owners.
- Key Findings:
- 65% of users struggle with high fees for international money transfers.
- 75% of users prefer an app with simplified interfaces.
- 60% of users miss deadlines for bill payments due to lack of reminders.
- Security and trust are primary concerns for 80% of users.
Hypothesis Statement:
If we create a simple and secure app for financial transactions that integrates popular services and offers easy bill payment options, users will adopt Zanbeel as their primary banking solution due to its convenience, efficiency, and reliability
